Installation crash on 100% done (Vivaldi + Win XP x64)

Hello, installation of newest version of flash player crash. Browser, antivirus and firewall turned off.

I tried the automatic detection and manual after then. The result is same.

Version of FP: 22.0.0.209 PPAPI

Vivaldi 1.0.403.24

Windows XP x64

Intel Xeon W3690 / 4.00 GHz
12.0 GB RAM
