Installation FlashPlayer requires old version

I am unable to install FlashPlayer 22 Active X via the latest MSI (Windows 7 Professional) as the installation asks for the network ressource of FlashPlayer 18 Active X which I deleted some months ago:

Why does it need this old version. I already used PlashPlayer uninstaller thus no old reference should be there.
