installation problem

Hello.

My System is Windows 7 SP1,

Browser: Firefox 36.0.1,

Fp.- Version16.0.0.305.

I have download the actualy ver. of Fp. I start the flashplayer17x32au_mssd_aaa_aih.exe but the window is blank. I can't push any button, i can't see anything.

Please help, thank you.

Please try the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page, in the 'Still having problems' section.
