Hi...

looking for assistance if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Running XP

and trying to install Flash Player. I click on download now and.. up pops a screen that says Depending on you security setting, you may encounter these steps. 3 steps are shown but then nothing...no download, no message, no indication on why I can't install Flash. Add-on's are disabled (no add-on's). Can anybody help?

I'm having the same problem.  Running Windows Vista -- 32 bit operating system.  Started after I downloaded IE9 - I think.

Try downloading the installer from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html

Save the installer(s) to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer(s).

Hi, What browser are you using to Install Flash Player?

    Have you Uninstalled yet?

Is that message coming from your browser or IE security or your Anti-Virus?

    thanks,

    Hi Eidnolb:

Not really sure what brouser I am using. Message is coming from Flash. It just bring up a new window with the 3 options listed but nothing to click on to get any of the actions going even if you wanted to.

Got a tip below to go to another site and download flash to disk and then install. I am going to try that.

    Thanks
