Installation Problem for OS X 10.9.3

I have no idea why this installer won't run. It starts and gets to about 34% and then just sits.
I've already run an uninstaller and started from scratch and have the same problem.

I'm running a Mac OS X 10.9.3 and have no idea how to fix this problem. Appreciate any help.
