FaceBook When go into play Criminal Case I get the following message:

You need Adobe Flash Player 11.1 or greater to play Criminal Case.

Checked program what Version installed Adobe Flash Player 20 ActiveX 20.0.0228

Flash Player Help

Check if Flash Player is installed on your computer

Sorry, Flash Player is either not installed or not enabled.

Your Flash : Version Not installed

Browser name : Internet Explorer

(OS) Windows : (Windows 7)

Have you checked if Flash Player is enabled in your browser? Yes

Are you getting errors containing ActiveX issues?

Disable ActiveX filtering for Flash Player to work properly.

Unchecked (Disable)

Now I'm able to play Criminal Case on FaceBook

My Question is Why is  FaceBook not letting Adobe Flash Player run, except ActiveX is diable?

First, confirm that ActiveX Filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

Internet Explorer 11 and Edge introduce a number of changes both to how the browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript intended to target behaviors specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.

You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:

If that is too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a preferable alternative.
