Installed but no running FlashPlayer in Win10 with Opera

Question

Having installed FlashPlayer I can't run animation with Opera browser as it still says I don't have FlashPlayer yet.
Although there is a record in the computer settings Adobe FlashPlayer is installed. And Opera does allow using Flash.
I am running 64-bit Windows 10 and I have already made a couple of failed trials installing FlashPlayer of 27th version.
As they say it's going to be an error in Windows registry, but I actually have no clue if it's right or not.
Does anybody know how exactly to get it fixed?

This is a browser issue, not Flash Player issue. Opera, like other major browser vendors, disables Flash by default forcing users to enable it. If you've allowed Flash in Opera, but the content is still not displaying, please contact Opera for assistance, or use a different browser.
