installer kind of freezes osx 10.8, 10.9

sometime ago I uninstalled flashplayer, wanted a clean install.

since then (was a 12.xxx), still happens with new version:

The installer won't react to clicks on the "weiter (next)" button or the update-choices. (see screenshot)

It just does'nt do anything.

I can only quit it via alt ctrl esc,

in this task manager it won't show as not responding (it's not red).

Hope someone can help, this problem annoys me for some months now.

It's on a macpro 3.1.
