Installer will not run correctly

Question

I'm on windows 10.Firefox version 48.0.Flash version 21.0.0.I can make it to the download link and download the binary install file with out error. However when I run the file (and I do say yes to letting it change my system so that is not the problem) it will open a window titled "Adobe download manager" but inside the window is a blank screen with nothing inside it. I have tried to re-download and install it over and over again, I have let it run for hours with no success, and I have tried disabling all my plug-ins/turning of my browser.Any clues on what to do? Maybe a direct link to the full upgrade files in order to skip the installer problem completely?

Thanks for sharing the logs. For now please try using the offline installer for Firefox(NPAPI) available on Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page in the still having problem section.

Hi,

Could you provide us with few log files that would help us debug the issue. Please go through the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? and provide the Adobe_GDE.log, Adobe_ADM.log and FlashInstall.log files. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post a link here.
