installing adobe flash player 10.1

i have window vista i use to have abobe9 till i updated to the new firefox i can not veiw any vidoes like utube ect

did not have problem before iif i click on a vidoes , it say i need to install adobe flash player 10.1 ( 2,66 mb) i

have tryed this , alone with disable anti-virse software still can not see any vidoes , facebook, utube can some

one help me though this thank you so much.

    Hi, download the Uninstaller and SAVE it to your Desktop:

    Download and SAVE the Installer for IE to your Desktop:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe  

    Download and SAVE the Installer for FF to your Desktop:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe 

    Then make sure you use the Administrator Account, Close All browsers, disable any yahoo or msn or other messenger services (check the system tray-area near the clock)

    Then Run the Uninstaller and when it is finished, Reboot(restart) your computer.

    Run the IE Uninstaller, when finished, Run the FF Installer. When finished, Reboot.

    Test each browser here to see the activation and the version of Flash Player you Installed will be listed.
