Installing Adobe Flash Player

I do not have Flash Player installed in my computer, I think I deleted once.

 

Now, I regret, and I want to install Adobe Flash Player, but I am struggling a lot.

 

If I go to the official website to download the program, does not let me.

 

Please, can some one from this community help me?

    What operating system, including version, is this for?

    What browser, including version?

     

    What does "does not let me" mean?  What happens when you try to download the installer file?  Is there an error message?Please provide details so that we may be of assistance.
