Please help, I need Adobe Flash Player permanently installed in my system unit, tried to download but didn't progress and is blank.

Could you let us know what is the exact issue you are facing. You could even attach a screenshot of the same. Please provide the Adobe_ADM logs from your machine. You can go through Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? to provide the logs and upload the logs files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files here.
