I am trying to install adobe flash player on my new Macbook pro. I have safari version 11.0. When I go to the web site to install it keeps asking me to sign up for a free month of some other program and asks for mu Visa number so it can start charging me after the free month. I don't want to give my visa number and I don't want this program.  How can I get flash player without this problem?

This appears to be the optional offering that displays after Flash is successfully installed.  If you didn't get an error during installation, then Flash is installed successfully.  Safari 11, and most other browsers, block Flash by default and users must manually enable it, usually for each site that contains Flash.  See Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari for assistance.
