Hi,

Please ensure you have Flash Player enabled and ActiveX Filtering disabled.  See Enable Flash Player for Internet Explorer and ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer.

If Flash Player is enabled and ActiveX Filter is disabled, please provide the FlashInstall.log file to troubleshoot further.  The file is saved at the following location:

  • 32-bit OS: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
  • 64-bit OS: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash AND C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
    • FlashInstall.log file from both locations is required on a 64-bit OS

Upload the file(s) to cloud.acrobat.com using the instructions How to share a document or to some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require a log-in to access. Post the link to the uploaded file(s) in your reply.
