Installing current flash driver stalls

Question

Hello, I'm trying to install the current flash because Pandora demands it. The download goes fine but the install stops with a grayish window that doesn't change. Can anyone help with this? I am running an up to date Win 7 machine 64 bit. Thanks ahead. I'm not sure whether this is the correct community. If possible could someone direct me to the correct community?

Hi,Could you share a screenshot to help us know the exact error you are seeing. Please provide the FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and another FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document. Post the link to the uploaded files here.Thanks!
