Installing Flash Adobe player on a Windows Vista 64 bit computer.

Hi, i have formatted an old laptop i have and wanted to install Flash Player. The installer doesn't open at all. Can you help me please??

OS: Windows Vista 64 bits.

Laptop: Dell Ispiron 1525
