Installing Flash in a portable browser

I use portable versions of Chrome and Firefox, sometimes packaged in a third party browser such as Avant.
I am having difficulty in updating Flash on the Avant browser using Firefox engine at the moment.
Is there a specified routine available to update Flash player in browsers such as this please?
