installing flash player

I am unable to install adobe flash to my internet explorer.

Whenever you try to install on I.E., Java Script  becomes "Disabled"...you need to download Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome to Download from there:).

What exactly means "unable"?  Try download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_ax.exe
