Installing Flash Player on another computer

Hi,

 

I would like to install Adobe Flash Player on another computer which doesn't have an internet connection.  I have seen  previous posts on this forum  that it was possible to do this, but I can't  find the offline installation files for the lastest version of the software. 

 

Would anyone be able to help me out?.
