installing Flash Player, Windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 RT 32 bit

IExplorer 11, FlashPlayer ver. 11.8.800.133

Installing Flash Player from official issue trying both 32 and 64 bit versions for Windows 8.1. OS tries to install and deny both versions - aren't suitable for this system.

IExplorer is up to date as I understand. (I have ran all automatical updates) .

    Hi,

    As of Windows 8, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE, and Edge (as of WIn10).  The ActiveX EXE or MSI installers DO NOT work on these operating systems.

    Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player, all updates are released by Microsoft via Windows Update.  Check to see you have the latest update installed. 

    Also ensure you have the latest sound/video device drivers installed.
