Installing the latest Version of Flash Player 24.0.0.186

On trying to install it said it was completed twice! But each time on checking on Adobes Website it said I have Version 22????? Then tried again and gets to 90% complete and stalls, then after a while says 'Installation Failed'??? Has done this a few times now!

I have Windows Vista Home Basic.I downloaded it using Google Chrome.
