Installs Adobe Flash Player but nothing happens when I restart the computer

Hi!

I can't seem to get adobe flash player to work. My computer is a macbook version 10.9.5  and it says installation successful but when I restart my browser and go to some websites it still isn't working? I've closed all my browsers, opened and installed adobe, restarted my browser and nothing is happening. I'm downloading Adobe Flash Player 19
