Insufficient User privileges - Why does my download of Flash Player say: insufficient user privileges when I'm logged on as an Admin and click on Install as Admin?

Hi,

Flash Player generally requires Administrative privileges to install, and you're probably not running with Administrative privileges.

What is the browser and OS?
