Hi @Alen5C54,
A much better question is "Why?" What possible upside is there from using deprecated web technology that nobody can access anymore? Browsers won't allow anyone to use plugins for security reasons. That's why Flash Player, Shockwave, Java, Silverlight and QuickTime plugins are all end of life now. 3-1/2 years ago, most browsers stopped enabling support for Flash Player by default. iPhone and iPad never supported Flash. So even if this was feasible (and it's not) it's a bad idea.

- To embed media on your website, use the native HTML5 <video> and <audio> tags. No special players needed.
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/video - Another option, build your app, animation, game or whatever with Adobe Animate CC (formerly called Flash Pro) which can output to either HTML5 canvas, WebGL or AIR.

Problem solved without any flash. Good luck with your web project!
