Internet Explorer 11 Hangs with Adobe Flash Player Patch 32.0.0.156 on Windows 7

We
have multiple users having an issue with opening .SWF files within Internet
Explorer 11 on Windows 7. Issue does not occur within Windows 10.

We deployed the following security patches to all workstations:

Adobe Flash Player 32-bit/64-bit ActiveX 32.0.0.156

Adobe Flash Player 32-bit/64-bit Plugin 32.0.0.156

When opening the .SWF files, IE11 hangs and crashes. It attempts to reload and
gets stuck in a loop.

Uninstalled Adobe Flash 32 and installed either Adobe Flash (Active X and API)
27 and 31. Works fine.
