Internet Explorer 7 crash in Windows Vista

I need help with this problem, everytime I try to see videos in Yahoo! or in Live Yahoo! Internet Explorer restart and give a me an error message, and told me that I must disable a complements that is giving the problem.
I notice that these pages uses Flash Player to see the videos, so I disable it and the problem stop happening, but if you see I need to use flash player to see my videos.
Please someone help me with this problem.

    have updated version of flash? if so, you uninstall the previous version?

    Download the uninstaller for Flash Player from "How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control"
