Internet Explorer Crashes playing video in IE 11 with Flash Embeded

We have a video (.swf) file that crashes when forwarding or reversing through the video.  This does not happen with Firefox or Chrome, only IE 11 and particularly with the Intel 4600 graphics driver.  The same video plays for users that have a different graphics driver using IE 11.  I have worked extensively with Microsoft Support regarding this issue and we are unable to resolve it and advised I should open a ticket with Adobe

When the video crashes this is the error in the event log:

Faulting application name: IEXPLORE.EXE, version: 11.0.9600.17416, time stamp: 0x5452eed9

Faulting module name: Flash.ocx, version: 16.0.0.296, time stamp: 0x54c2c414

So far we have tried:

Changing settings in IE to use Software rendering instead of GPU rendering

Changing the drivers, making sure the most recent drivers are installed

Microsoft has taken various stack dumps for analysis

Microsoft performed various troubleshooting steps as well

System Requirements

IE - 32bit - also tested in 64 and the video still crashes

HP EliteOne 800 - touch

Does anyone know of a resolution?

Sounds like a graphics driver bug.

You can try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Internet Explorer to confirm:

Thank you for your response Jeromie.

Microsoft did try that in their troubleshooting and it did not resolve the issue.
