Internet Explorer crashing since new version of flash installed

I upgraded my Flash player recently to the latest version (10.2.153.1) ever since, my internet explorer has been crashing. Nothing else has been installed since. I downloaded the new version of internet explorer 9 (Cipher strength-256 bit), hoping that this would remedy the situation and unfortunately it too is now crashing. I'm not too techy but could really use some help in figuring out how to resolve the problem or even just revert to the last version of flash. Also, after watching videos for a certain period of time, they too have been crashing. Could this be related? (I'm running a 64-bit operating system on vista) Thank you very much.

    I've tried to reset the IE9, it doesn't worked. I installed also the new beta, it doesn't worked. Please help!!!

    I've got the same problems here with IE9 and the new update of Flash. The update was installed yesterday (02. April) and now the tab of the IE9 crashes on almost all pages with flash. But there are some exceptions like www.technic3d.com there I can see the flash banners. But on other pages like amazon or adobe it doesn't work!
