Internet explorer shows it has flash player plug-in installed but other application showing "Flash ActiveX is missing" inluding "https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html", How to get it back ?

when I try to install it shows that my internet explorer already has flash player installed. It only can be updated by windows update .

Please check if Activex filtering(from settings) has been disabled.

everything double checked. if i try to access Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions ,it auto redirects to Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer

This is because on Windows 10 machine you cannot install/update Activex Flash Player(for IE browser). Microsoft takes responsibility to install/update the player. Today new version of FP 21.0.0.213 will be updated by Microsoft. You can wait and see if it resolves the issue. Otherwise let us know.
