Invalid argument

OSX 10.11.5. Hello, I've been asking the Apple people about this as well. When i attempt to install Flash, I get "Invalid argument" pop up when I click on the Flash .dmg file. And that is as far as I can go. Any ideas?

    This is quite ridiculous because somebody must know what is wrong. Please answer - whoever you are.

    Ok, here is what I get when I click on .dmg file.

    Is this the correct forum. I believe it was moved earlier. Anybody have any kind of recommendation?

    Ply try installing from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions
