Uninstalled in programs but can't get it back! I have IE/windows8/Vista. I have tried it in where it says different program/browser but failed too! Do they have anything else I can download?

Hi, In order to Uninstall Flash Player, you need to use the Adobe Uninstaller which you would download to your Desktop:

    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Then you would download and SAVE to your Desktop the Flash Player Installer for Internet Explorer:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

I would suggest that you be sure to read and follow the Uninstall instructions since there are some steps you need to follow. Especially after the Uninstaller runs and when finished,  you will restart your computer. When it is fully rebooted, then restart again( to make sure old files are removed)

Before you begin any of these procedures, read this troubleshooting guide:

    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

Anti-Virus programs and or their Firewall can block the Install. So you may want to post back which program you are using if case you don't know how to Disable those, before you begin.

When you are ready to begin, then close all browsers, check the system tray for any applications that use Flash(see the Unistall guide about quitting ALL running applications)

If you have any questions, just post back.

I tried downloading uninstaller. I get popup stating IE cannot download uninstall_flash_player.exe fram download.macromedia.com. IE was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Hi, Try it again, I just checked and had no problem. Have you ever received that IE pop up before trying to open the Uninstall link?

    Thanks,
