We have 4 PC's in our office but all are offline and does not involved in networking. Is flash player is necessary for those computers while they are offline?

Correct answer Test Screen Name

Yes, certainly. Well, first, all major browser makers will block Flash. Then, once Flash can no longer be used in any major browser, Adobe will stop supporting it and (it is suggested) will block distribution of Flash Player completely. https://theblog.adobe.com/adobe-flash-update/  If you provide or use any services that rely on Flash Player, urgent work is needed.

Flash Player is not _necessary_ for any PC unless it visits websites with Flash content. The content can be offline with the PC, but this is rare. I suggest you test it. Be aware that, online or offline, Flash Player will be blocked and removed in less than a year.
