Is flash player responsible for my images not working (loading) on my home page ?

I am using Windows 7 64 bit service pack 1 with the latest update of Flash Player, unfortunately my image of a Classic Christmas Tree on my home page has stopped loading. Is Flash Player responsible for this not loading or is there some other error at fault ?

I haven't tried anything much to fix it because I don't know whether it's Flash Player at fault, so if there is anybody out there who could help me solve this I would be most grateful. I would most appreciate solutions in basic form as I'm not very knowledgeable with computers and have trouble every time. Thank you.

    Since we don't know what your "home page" is, it is very difficult to answer your question.

    Hi Pat

    Sorry if I forgot to mention my home page it is netvibes, I have tried to ask them for help but as I'm a basic member they wont reply I have to be a premium member before they will respond. If you can help me out I will most appreciate it, anything else you want to know just ask me. Thank you.

    My home page is Charter.net.  Videos from CNN will not play from the home page.  But Fox news will.  On going with other sites also.  Started for me about 3 weeks ago.  Everything worked fine until then.  No one has an answer to this issue.
