Question

Is Flashplayer compatible with 64 bit

The only version of Flashplayer installer I can get for Windows 10 is called flashplayer32au_ha_install.    So why do the idiots at Adobe put 32 in the name?   Is it compatible with 64 bit or not?

Insults are not necessary or needed.

The '32' in flashplayer32au_ha_install. is the major version of Flash Player. It's updated with each major version.  Prior to version 32 it was flashplayer31au_ha_install.  When the major version increments to 33 it'll be flashplayer33au_ha_install.  This has been the standard file naming conversion for many years.

Thank you for this explanation. It was very clear and understandable, basically identifying that the number that appears after the word flashplayer is the version number; it is not associated with the 'bit' version of your browser.  Thanks again.

With insults you won't go anywhere....

    1) where did you get this installer?

    2) when you install flash player from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions

what are you seeing? 32 bits or 64bits?

if your browser is 32bits so it will show 32bits,

    3) check on your browser -> help -> about to see if it's 32 or 64
