Is FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe 26.0 r0 safe?

I got an alert from my virus protection program that Adobe Flash Player Update Service 26.0 r0 has changed since the last time I used it and the question is asked if I want to allow it to access the network. The version shown is 26.0.0.137 and file path shown is C:\Windows\SysWOW64|Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe.

Is it a legitimate update service from Adobe, or a Trojan Horse?
