Is It Possible to Copy Flash Player Content?

Does anyone out there know how to copy content which plays on Macromedia Flash player. Some of the vidoes are worth saving. Thanks.

    Depending on the format of the video, you can browse your internet temp files and save it.
    If you are talking about youtube and alike videos, I think that it is illegal to save them. Otherwise they wouldn't use flash to distribute and play the videos.

    Still if you want info on this, just google, I believe there are companies that sell software that allows you to do what you want.
