Is it still possible to install Abode Flash Player?

If yes, could you please share me a link because I cannot find one for Mac Os Catalina 10.15.7

      Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14.  If you're trying to download Flash (from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/), you'll be redirected to the Flash Player end-of-life FAQ.  I suspect this is what you're encounering.

       

      If you want to use Flash Player in macOS (at least until Flash Player's end-of-life at the end of the year), you'll need to use one of the other supported browsers:

       

      Note that all browsers disable/block Flash Player by default.  See https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-plaayer.html for assistance on enabling/unblocking Flash Player.
