At WebAssign.com, which is flash based, if you try to use the plus key on the number pad it returns an equal sign. Is there any way around this? I contacted webassign and they stated that it was a problem with flash.

    They're wrong.

    Flash is a player. ONLY.

    Shockwave is a player. ONLY

BOTH display content based on code in the page and in the Flash container. Neither has an API to set keyboards.

Most times, an errant key is due to an improper region setting for the input device (UK English vs US English for example), but I know of nothing in Flash Player that could cause this or fix it.

Thanks for the reply. I thought that sounded weird. I think they might just be making excuses. All I know is I have to pay them every semester so I can do my homework and with the amount of money they're making off students you'd think they would be able to fix this issue.
