Is there a known issue with Adobe Connect v9?

Is there a known issue with Adobe Connect v9?  I am attempting to view content uploaded to Connect but continually receive a message saying "The system was unable to process your request".

I need help to rectify this urgently.  Trying to find a phone number for support is difficult...
