Yesterday I received several notifications asking me to update my Flash Player.  I installed the update several times and the latest update came from the site:  https://admdownload.adobe.com/bin/live  (which I retrieved from Get Info on the installation .dmg file).  Running Mac OS X 10.11.6 and use Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.

yes, since it's used by the online installer, it is a legitimate URL.

One more question. I notice that I have the following two installation files in my downloads file:

AdobeFlashPlayer_31ppau_a_install.dmg

AdobeFlashPlayer_31_a_install.dmg

Are these legit files?  Both are coming from the URL I posted above.

Not sure I understand your answer.  Are you saying that because I'm redirected to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer (when I click the install button), that it is correct.  I'm a little slow this morning so need it spelled out a bit... :-)  Thanks!
