Is this TechNote fixed yet???

Anyone know if Macromedia/Adobe have released a fix for this technote...

I rate this problem very high as ALL of my clients work in large companies where they are restricted users, so until it is fixed there is no point developing in Flash 8!

This issue can't be good for the statistics on the uptake of Flash 8 in the marketspace.

    Updated Flash Player bits were pushed live on 4/6/06 that resolve this
    issue. I am working on getting this technote updated to reflect that..

    The version on the download page is still shown as 8,0,24,0 from. Is that updated?

    I had the same problem, and it still will not download the new version
