Ispring quizmaker results not being emailed

I am working on a PC with Ispring software. I have the most updated Flash version installed and I am using Windows 10.  When I run through one of the flashplayer training modules (.exe), it looks like everything is working, and it says it is sending the quiz results. I have selected to send results to an email address.  Nothing is coming through.  My client is also not receiving quiz results as their email address is also a destination. I called Ispring and they said a firewall or something must be blocking it. They told me to contact my antivirus provider or windows, and download Fiddler to review data coming in to my ip address. I have called both Norton and Windows. We tested it with the firewalls unblocked and the quiz results still did not come through on email. Honestly, I am not a technical person and I don't what to do next. I downloaded Fiddler but I don't know anything about it.

I used Ispring software at another company on another computer and had absolutely no problems with this.  Can someone tell me what might be blocking the results and how to unblock it? I have several modules that need to go into testing.

The only thing I can think of now is that it may have something to do with Flash itself.

Thanks.

Flash player doesn't send email directly, nor do we recommend that software providers embed Flash Player into standalone executables, although we acknowledge that some legacy applications do it.  I can't really offer any insight from here into why Ispring's software isn't working on your computer, sorry.

Thanks. They are saying that I should modify Flash's Global Security Settings to specify if SWF or FLV content that uses older security rules can access the Internet.

Oh, like adding their binary to Control Panel > Flash Player > Advanced > Trusted Locations?
