Issue with Adobe Flash Player

I am having trouble playing one of my games because it says I need to update Adobe Flash Player. I have WIndows 10 Pro. I followed the prompts to ensure that Adobe Flash Player is on. I go to settings and clicked on advanced and it is "toggled" to "on". When I go to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center it tells me that Adobe Flash player is "disabled". What do I do.

    You probably just need to enable Flash:
