Issue with MOUSE_WHEEL event, Fullscreen mode and Chrome browser

Hi everybody. There is an issue with chromium based browsers. Something happened with MOUSE_WHEEL event - it doesn't work in fullscreen mode. This is broken after browser update to latest version. It worked before and still works it Firefox and IE.

Is there any way to fix it in chrome?
