Issue with radio buttons on Surface Book...

I have a Surface Book i5. I've tried every browser (explorer, edge, Mozilla, chrome), yet I am unable to click on the radio buttons to allow camera and mic access. I have the most current version of everything; checked for updates and rebooted today. I noticed a similar problem with Macs, but the solution didn't work for my hybrid laptop. I've added the website and every version of it to the allow always site list. The website I'm trying to access is southalabama.RemoteProctor.com. I am able to pass the initial computer test, including the ability to click the radio buttons. Where I run into the problem is when it moves forward to the registration step. I select the windows icon and another window opens which again requires me to click the radio buttons. However, this time around I am unable to click them with the mouse, the stylet, or by using the keyboard to cycle through. Does anyone have a solution? Is this a known bug that will be fixed with an upcoming patch? I'd be grateful for any help you guys can offer. Thanks in advance, Serena
