Issue with running any SWF file

I'm running Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit, and have the newest version of both flash and chrome.

Any time I open/launch flash projector, it ends whatever file I am opening with a -relaunched and shows the generic white screen, when it should be playing the content.  To open the SWF and still see the content I have to drag it in or open it manually, I cannot launch it straight from the SWF. I launch it and it says

-relaunched at #1. Just to clarify, if I launch an SWF or projector, it will have the -relaunched.
