issues w/114.402.278 flash play

Utube is now asking to upgrade yr flash player from 114.402.365 2 114.402.278. I did that on my dell 4600 Tower. My laptop still has adobe flash player 114.402.278 and it had not been asked to updgrade works great. I made sure the java script is endabled on all, My 4600 tower, I went to security and advanced tab to make that Javascript was endabled. Still no luck in getting utube, winamp to work or within FB post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   WTF prob!!!!!!

    I have gone thru these twice issue is not resolved. also I'm listening to my online radio thru Window Media player. This issue is stressing, my laptop has .265 and it has not been ask to upgrade, so wtf. I was using .265 before on this computor, only was the white(buffering) would stop the video while it went in lil circle trip, laptop has same prob w/white circle.
