Issues with Flash Player Distribution Licensing

Have applied twice for Flash player (shockwave player and reader) licensing and no replies received.

Used two different emails to do this. Checked spam as well.

Have done this in years gone by and no issues - normally received answer back in less than 24 hours with the relevant links to download msi files etc.

How can one directly contact the relevant licensing team to try to progress this please.

Please can you help.
