Issuing installing Flash update 30.0.0.113

Hi,

We'll need to get some information from you to troubleshoot further.  Please provide the following:

1. Operating system, including version, of the system that Flash Player installed on without errors
2. Operating system, including version, of all three (3) systems that return the error.
3. Exact file name of the installer file you are using to install Flash Player.
4. FlashInstall log files from all of the systems that are failing.  Since this is a 64-bit OS, there are 2 files:
   1. FlashInstall32.log saved at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
   2. FlashInstall64.log saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
5. Screenshot of the permissions on the FlashUtil64_30_0_0_113_plugin.exe file on all 3 systems.  To obtain the permissions, do the following:
   1. Right-click on the  FlashUtil64_30_0_0_113_plugin.exe file and select Properties
   2. In the Properties window, go to the Security tab
   3. In the Security tab, select your account
   4. Take a screenshot of the account permissions

Please name the files in such a manner that the screenshots and log files match up.  For example: System1_permissions.png, System1_FlashInstall32.log, System1_FlashInstall64.log, etc

Upload all files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud  or some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require user account login to access.
