It says "installed" with a green check but still doesn't work.
Yesterday I went to youtube to play a video, when I clicked on the video it went to the videos page but instead of playing the video window was black and said "download Adobe flash player" or "upgrade your flash player"...after clicking the option it took me to the get Adobe flash player 10.2 sit, I click r=the big download button then takes me to popup blocker wich says "allow this add-on for all users"...I allow then click install and went throught the process. Once the process was complete I click "close Downloader". After trying this over and over and over again I've done everything from disabled my firewall to reseting the computer, and I still am getting NO youtube videos or any other kind of video streaming they all say "get adobe flash player". There has to be something that will work...Any help would be very appreciated very much.
I am working with a Compaq laptop with the browser Internet Explorer. If you need any other info please let me know
